Master of Accounting (M.Acc.) Program
The M.Acc. program lays the educational foundation for professional and career goals, including but not limited to the CPA exam. It is designed to prepare graduates for careers in public accounting, industry and government. The program is committed to providing academic and cultural diversity as well as a progressive learning experience. It emphasizes the building of skills necessary to succeed in the business community including teamwork, leadership and the ability to communicate effectively.
Classroom, Online or Both
The School of Accounting gives students an opportunity to earn a Master of Accounting degree through traditional live interactive classrooms, online through e-learning courses, or a combination of classroom and online courses.
Students interested in earning the M.Acc. online should apply to the Master of Accounting program and then select online courses. FAU does not offer all courses online at this time. Students who do not have an undergraduate business degree may have difficulty scheduling a completely online curriculum as not all prerequisites are offered online.
