 Florida Atlantic University's Advanced Business Analysis provide business analysts, project managers, business subject matter experts (SME) and members of technical teams with advanced business analysis tools and techniques and a framework for business process modeling. This program offers an in-depth understanding of strategic planning and its alignment to projects, project modeling and diagramming techniques and requirements gathering techniques to increase the productivity and efficiency of projects.
