Biography

Mr. Blattner is a seasoned professional manager with over thirty five years of progressive accounting experience in both public and private companies; as well as practitioner experience in finance and taxation with the Internal Revenue Service. Professional experience included functioning as a Controller and Vice President of Finance for manufacturing and service companies. Areas of expertise in private industry include commercial and investment banking relations, government regulatory compliance, debt reorganization and financing, federal and corporate tax law, and total responsibility for all financial and accounting management for various entities.

Currently, Mr. Blattner is an adjunct professor at Broward College and Florida Atlantic University, where he teaches accounting and finance in the Continuing Education Program. Additionally, he has taught and delivered classes for Nova Southeastern University, the American Academy of Financial Management, the Florida Institute of Finance, as well as the IRS.

Mr. Blattner earned his Bachelors Degree from Rutgers University. He also holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Miami.
