Online BBA Program Majors - Hospitality & Tourism Management
Florida Atlantic University's AACSB-accredited College of Business offers an Online Bachelor of Business Administration degree program with majors in Accounting, Hospitality & Tourism Management, Management, or Marketing. Students may also obtain a dual online major in Management and Marketing.
All courses are offered fully online, and each Online BBA can be completed in a minimum of 2 years.
Hospitality & Tourism Management
The Hospitality & Tourism Management major is offered fully online, in mixed mode/hybrid format, or face-to-face. Students may choose any format of education they desire. The major and minor both prepare students for management positions in multiple segments of the world's largest industry. Employers include: resorts, hotels, restaurants, private clubs, meeting and event planning corporations, destination marketing organizations (DMOs), convention centers, cruise lines, casinos, theme parks, car rental agencies, sports facilities, spas, entertainment venues, and vacation ownership/fractional ownership resorts.
With a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree as the foundation of this major, students are prepared for the business competencies and skills required in the hospitality industry of the 21st Century. This degree is regularly described as superior to the bachelor of arts (BA) or bachelor of science (BS) since all core courses are taken within a college of business.
