Research Interests
- My research broadly examines the ongoing social interactions and resultant outcomes of professional relationships, such as those between coworkers, bosses/ subordinates, customers/ employees, and entrepreneurs. My work is at the meso-level, and focuses on how positive and negative exchanges between individuals can impact outcomes including ethical behavior, the referral of business, productivity, and other behavioral and attitudinal consequences.
