The principal objective of the Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) Program is to advance the quality of business management. The MBA program provides advanced management education in an environment that encourages students to extend their leadership capabilities. A Master of Business Administration degree enables students to gain broad managerial skills and to develop specialized expertise in a business discipline that best suits their career aspirations.
Students that pursue a MBA with a specialization in International Business will focus all program electives (12 credits) toward their area of concentration. Students will have the opportunity to select from graduate level courses in the Department of Management Programs to fulfill specialization requirements. Students must obtain a “B” grade or better in all elective courses to achieve International Business Specialization.
The Management Programs faculty is comprised of 26 faculty members, most with doctoral degrees and the remainder with graduate degrees in their area of specialty.
The specialization in International Business meets the needs of working professionals whose jobs have an international dimension and students who plan a career with international business content. The specialization is an ideal enhancement to any academic program.
