Below is the recommended course list* for the Computer Science (CS) courses for business students pursuing the MSITM or Graduate Big Data Certificate:

  • If you have any issues registering for these CS courses, please email Tayler Kung, tkung@fau.edu, the CS Graduate Program Administrator, and she will assist you.
    • When emailing Tayler be sure to include your full name, Z number, course title of the course you want to register for and that course's CRN #, state that you are in the College of Business, as well as what program you are in (i.e. MSITM, MBA, Big Data Certificate)

If a student chooses to take a CS course that is NOT on the recommended list for the listed semester or chooses to take a recommended CS course from a prior semester's recommended list, the student assumes the risk of taking that course and the ITOM department is not responsible if the student has issues/difficulties in that course.
