FAU Executive Education’s Certificate in SQL Programming will take participants from basic to advanced SQL commands. The program will then enhance one’s business and data analytics skills through the use of manipulation commands, data retrieval, table and report creation, and the setting of permissions and controls within a database management system. - Learn the aggregate functions used in business applications
- Combine table data and create back-ups to sync data
- Learn how to rank, compare, and sort data within a structured database
- Create and join tables via writing queries, sub-queries and aggregate functions
- Learn the core concepts of a Database Management System (DBMS)
- Perform functions such as store, retrieve, define, and manage data in a DBMS

FACULTY
Dr. Bharti Sharma has been teaching various Business Analytics courses in the College of Business at FAU since 2017. She has published research papers related to data analytics in prominent journals. She also has post-doctoral experience performing data analytics at the University of Miami.
Prior to her career in academia, she gained twelve years of extensive business analysis and programming experience working for Florida Power & Light company. As an educator, she believes in delivering the highest quality teaching content and focuses on hands-on learning using latest analytical tools.
