Ken Johnson
Associate Dean of Graduate Programs, Professor of Finance
Dr. Johnson has over a decade of applied experience in real estate specializing in
the marketing of corporate- and lender-owned properties. Dr. Johnson is also a well-known
scholar with numerous publications on the U.S. housing market, real estate brokerage,
transactional real estate, real estate investment, and educational delivery and funding.

Dr. Johnson’s main outreach initiatives are the Beracha and Johnson Housing Market Ranking published monthly, and the Beracha, Hardin and Johnson Buy vs Rent Index and Beracha, Hardin and Johnson Housing Affordability Index, which are published
quarterly.
