Biography: An innovative and results-oriented business leader, with extensive experience in
talent & culture strategy, succession planning, total rewards, change management,
policy and practice development, and workforce analytics. Possesses a proven track
record of executive leadership, collaboration, talent development, M&A integrations,
and culture change. Mentors high-potential team members to be balanced - both performance-driven

financial outcomes. Provides executive partnership and support to c-suite-level team

* Hired over 1000 employees in 30 months – including 50 physicians, 320 nurse practitioners,
145 registered nurses, and 65 social workers.
