Michael Marshall

Biography

Michael Marshall is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA),1983, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA),1985, is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise Information Technology (CGEIT), 2008 and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), 2010 in Technology Management. Michael has over 40 years of professional auditing, accounting, compliance, governance, risk management and technology management experience. Michael’s career has spanned many large companies and industries. Early in his career he worked for First Fidelity Bancorporation in the northeast, then relocating to south Florida to take positions with Carnival Corporation, Office Depot, Southern Glazers Wine and Spirits, and most recently Red Violet, Inc. In 2025, Michael retired from his full-time career and continues to be an Adjunct Instructor with Florida Atlantic University.
