Nancy Proffitt is a certified Executive Coach dedicated to enhancing the management and leadership capabilities of managers, individuals and corporate teams. She also works with businesses to develop workable plans and identify processes which increase efficiency and sustain positive employee morale. Her focus is with the leaders to ensure they have the right attitudes, skills and behaviors to get others to want to do what needs to be done to be successful.
