Biography

Dr. Rob Bogosian is Principal at RVB Associates, Inc., he is the co-author of Breaking Corporate Silence and has been featured in Business Insider, Academy of International Business, Rutgers University Business Journal, CNN Money, Fortune Magazine, CEO Magazine, San Francisco Chronicle, Bloomberg Radio, Entrepreneur Magazine and more.

Prior to establishing RVB Associates, Rob was Vice President of Performance Development at Wachovia Corporation (a Wells Fargo company). Rob’s areas of expertise are in leadership and company culture development. He works with many of the best organizations in the world including, Microsoft, Panasonic US, Prudential Insurance Company, Citizens Financial Group, Santander, United States Department of Defense and more.

Rob holds a doctoral degree in human and organizational learning from The George Washington University, Washington, DC.
