Biography

Mr. Rudy Molinet earned his Master of Public Health in Health Administration with honors from Columbia University, and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hunter College, City University of New York, graduating with honors. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and an Adjunct Professor at Florida Atlantic University, College of Business, Management Programs in the Executive Master of Health Administration program.

Mr. Molinet is Board-Certified in Healthcare Management as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, (FACHE), the nation’s leading professional organization of healthcare leaders. He brings over 40 years of senior health care management experience in operations, marketing and sales, strategic planning and board development in a variety of healthcare settings including Non-Profit and For-Profit Healthcare Organizations, Home Health, Visiting Nurse Association, Hospice, Home Infusion, Outpatient Mental Health, Inpatient Mental Health, Hospitals, Outpatient Clinics, Urgent Care and several businesses that he founded.

Mr. Molinet serves as Chief Executive Officer of Artemis Synergies, a Healthcare Consulting and Executive Coaching firm. Prior to consulting, he served as Executive Vice President for Stadtlander's/CVS-ProCare Pharmacy, a national specialty pharmacy specializing in the care of people living with HIV, Infertility and Organ Transplants and was a successful Real Estate Broker in Key West, Florida.

Mr. Molinet currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Holy Cross Health, a 557 bed, faith-based healthcare system and hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He has served on several non-profit boards in many roles including President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Board Member Mr. Molinet has served as Past-President of the Board of Directors of Health Crisis Network in Miami, Florida, Past-President of the Rotary Club of Key West, Board member of Just 4Kids, a children's advocacy organization, and Past- Chairperson of the Key West Historic Architectural Review Commission.

Mr. Molinet was inducted into Sigma-Theta-Tau, the national honor society for Nursing. He has also served in an executive volunteer capacity at Tykes & Teens, a leading not-for-profit children's mental health agency on the Treasure Coast of Florida and has also worked with Equality Florida, the leading LGBT Human Rights organization in the State. He is a graduate of Leadership Miami and has received several awards for his advocacy and work in equality, LGBTQ human rights, social justice, and children's issues.

Mr. Molinet was born in Havana, Cuba, arriving in New York City with his family as a refugee when he was six years old. He is married to his husband, Dr. Jeffrey Shearer, a psychotherapist and author. They live in Wilton Manors, Florida, and have two adult sons, Aidan and Ian. He speaks English, Spanish, and French.
