What is your major?

Bachelor of Business Administration in Management - Leadership & Applied Managerial Skills Concentration

How are online classes making it possible for you to keep working towards your degree?

It would be impossible for me to complete my degree if it weren't for the online classes. I am employed full time and my job requires travel at least once a month, if not more. I also have three wonderful children and an amazingly supportive wife.

What did you like the most about online classes?

Flexibility, by being provided a syllabus at the beginning of the semester I am able to plot out my time to make sure all coursework is completed and to get ahead when possible for the times where I will fall behind due to travel.

What is the most important benefit offered by online classes?

Being able to work on my schedule.

How do you balance work, family and school?

It is difficult, but, my wife and kids are extremely supportive, I try not to "school" on the weekends and only do it when the kids are in bed but that is not always possible. I wouldn't be able to complete this without the support and understanding of my family.

What advice do you have for future Owls considering FAU?

I have found there is plenty of support in both the fully online and lecture capture classes. Join the Owl family and take advantage of all the programs and support available. FAU provides all the tools to succeed, you just need to do the work and use the tools.
