Alvin & Lenore Katz General Scholarship |
This scholarship was established by retired FAU professor Dr. Alvin Katz and his wife,
Lenore. This award is presented to College of Business students who are single parents
and demonstrate excellent academic achievement and financial need.

Barzilay Scholarship
|
The Barzilay Scholarship was established in 1972 to provide scholarships to Broward
Community College transfer students enrolled in FAU’s College of Business. The recipient is awarded the scholarship for two years at $500 per semester, not to
exceed two semesters per year. Student must maintain eligibility and College of Business
enrollment to receive funds
Broward Community College unofficial transcript is required upon applying.

Bok Scholarship in Business
|
This scholarship was established by Robert and Diane Bok, both 1980 graduates of FAU. This scholarship is awarded to students with financial need in the College of Business who demonstrate high academic performance and who are not being considered for any other scholarships. |
College of Business Scholarship |
The College of Business Scholarship is compiled from funds contributed by numerous donors who support the College of Business. It supports student success and experiential learning within the college. The recipient of this scholarship must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and the review committee will also be deciding recipients based on the personal statement, community service, other extra-curricular activities, and resume. |

A collection of scholarships that have a common application, whose funds are distributed by the FAU Foundation. The Virginia & Douglas Stewart Scholarship, the Haychel Gomez Melli & Patrick Melli Scholarship, and the Bernard Kozel & Molly Foreman Kozel Endowed Scholarship are awarded through this scholarship. |
FAU Business Leader of the Year
|
These scholarships are dollars raised from the FAU Business Leader of the Year annual
event to provide financial assistance to College of Business students at FAU. This
award is given to students enrolled in FAU College of Business with a minimum 3.25
GPA. Recipients must also demonstrate leadership qualities through service.
Scholarship recipients are selected in the semester before the the funds are awarded.
Usually they are selected in the fall semester and are awarded in the spring semester.
Recipients must be registered in the upcoming semester, attend a “thank you” video
recording, and attend the FAU Business Leader of the Year event to receive the scholarship.

FPL Fund
|
This scholarship is awarded to a student who is enrolled in the College of Business at FAU. The recipient of this scholarship must have a minimum 3.25 GPA and must demonstrate leadership qualities through service. |
Frances and Victor Ginsberg Scholarship Fund |
The Frances and Victor Ginsberg Scholarship was established in 1991 to support students in the College of Business. Student can meet the donor on an annual basis. The scholarship is renewable for 1 year, meaning it will be awarded again next fall, pending the recipient meets the same scholarship criteria and is still enrolled as a College of Business student at FAU. |
Greater Boca Raton Estate Planning Council - Michael Gersten Memorial Scholarship |
The scholarship is awarded to a full-time student that excelled in Finance, Accounting or Estate Planning. |
JM Family Enterprises, Inc. Scholarship
|
The JM Family Enterprises, Inc. Scholarship was established in 2004 to support students in the College of Business. This scholarship will be awarded to a full-time student (minimum of 12 credits for undergraduate or 9 credits for graduate) in the College of Business who has verifiable financial need and a minimum 3.0 GPA. |
Juanita Brown Scholarship |
The Juanita Brown Scholarship was established in 2000 by Stanley Brown and friends, in memory and honor of Dr. Juanita Brown, a professor of marketing. This scholarship is awarded to degree-seeking students in the College of Business who have a minimum of a 3.25 GPA. |
Richard and Mary Ann Cook Legacy Fund in Business |
This fund was created by Richard and Mary Ann Cook to support students within the College of Business. Recipients must be an undergraduate student with at least a 3.25 GPA. Preference is given to former Richard and Mary Ann Cook Business Endowment Fund recipients, former Richard and Mary Ann Cook Legacy Fund recipients, students who graduated from Northeast High School or students who graduated from St. John Paul 2 Academy. Second preference to those who graduated from Palm Beach or Broward County High schools. |
Richard and Mary Ann Cook Study Abroad Fund |
This fund was established by Mary Ann and Richard Cook with the purpose of providing
educational study abroad opportunities to students in the College of Business. The
stipend funds are intended to cover tuition, fees, travel, lodging, food and other
per-diem expenses related to an upcoming study abroad trip.
Applicants must be an undergraduate College of Business student, be attending the
upcoming study abroad trip, and have a 2.75 GPA.

Robert M. and Nadine A. Fitzgerald Endowed Scholarship |
This scholarship is awarded to College of Business students who have a minimum 3.8 GPA. The review committee will also be deciding recipients based on the personal statement, community service, other extra-curricular activities and resume. |
Rose Memorial Scholarship |
This scholarship is established by Mrs.Charles Rose in memory of her husband. It is awarded to outstanding students in the College of Business who have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA. |
The David W. Matte Scholarship |
Mr. Matte, a U.S. Navy veteran is a 1989 graduate of the College of Business. The
David W. Matte scholarship was established in 2024 and is intended to provide financial
assistance to current College of Business students. Recipients must be a full time
undergraduate student (minimum of 12 credits) with a 3.0 GPA. Preference is given
to International Business majors.

The Shaun M. Davis Scholarship |
The Shaun M. Davis Scholarship is offered to students from donations made by Florida
Atlantic University Trustee, Shaun M. Davis. It is intended to be awarded to disadvantaged
College of Business students. The recipient of this scholarship must have a minimum
3.0 GPA and the review committee will also be deciding recipients based on the personal
statement, community service, other extra-curricular activities, and resume.

The Steven zum Tobel Scholarship |
A scholarship intends to support semester long expenses, such as in-state tuition
and textbooks, to deserving full-time undergraduate students. This scholarship will
provide funds to deserving students in the College of Business at Florida Atlantic
University each spring and fall semester.
Students who wish to apply must share why they think they should be awarded this scholarship,
how a scholarship would assist them in completing their degree as well as their aspirations
upon graduating. They must showcase the community service and extracurricular activities
they are involved in.

The Suheyla Gencsoy Scholarship |
This scholarship is awarded to students studying in International Business with a
minimum 3.0 GPA.
Preference given to verifiable financial need and to students who have an interest
in Turkish studies. Recipient must be a graduate of an American or Turkish High school,
fluent in English and supply three letters of recommendation.

William E. Pollier Scholarship |
The William E. Pollier Scholarship was established in 1987 by Mrs. B.B. Pollier in
honor and memory of her son, William, a former FAU staff member. The award is given
to an outstanding, graduating senior enrolled in the College of Business who will
continue as a full-time student in a master’s program.
Proof of acceptance to a FAU master’s degree program is required for scholarship consideration.

W.S. Brown Scholarship |
The W.S. Brown Scholarship was established in 1984 to provide scholarships to students in the College of Business who are interested in real estate. Student must have declared either a major or minor in Real Estate to be considered. |
