R. Kenny Leblanc is a Business Communication Professor in the South Florida area. She has a fundamental interest in leadership formation, Caribbean geopolitics, strategy, and corporate and governmental governance. Currently, Dr. Leblanc has a background in the financial sector primarily in risk management and marketing, and then teaching at the college/university level for the last 12 years.
