Technical Support for LCVS Classes

Then he takes you through some of the main Account Settings to review, and he shows you were to go to make sure that you get notified of important messages related to your classes. As you can see, Canvas is a user-friendly platform that makes it easy for you to upload assignments, participate in discussions, and converse with your fellow students.

There are ample opportunities to get support. Because Canvas is a cloud-based platform, the help representatives have access to what courses you're in and can navigate to where you're having a problem. This means they can see the problem you're facing - you don't have to try to explain it to them. When you need support, your quickest option is through rapid chat support. If you can't be on chat, Canvas gives you the ability to send a question in to the support team.
