Public Safety Leadership Development – Ideal Candidate

PSLD Track One is designed for new supervisors who would benefit from a better understanding of their own leadership and management styles, improved oral and written communications, managing conflict, working with multi-generational teams, increasing influence and credibility, delegation, and time management. Individuals who work in law enforcement, fire, 911 telecommunications, emergency management, and support services are encouraged to attend. Individuals at the sergeant, detective, investigator, supervisor and manager levels will benefit from this course.
