2025 International Internship Program in Spain
For the third year in a row, the College of Business international internship and business program took place this summer. This nine-credit program took place in the historic city of Seville, capital of the Andalucia region and the largest city in Southern Spain.
Food Marketing Study Abroad: Farm to Fork in Barcelona
For the third year in a row, I had the pleasure of leading 19 incredible Florida Atlantic University busines students on a Food Marketing Study Abroad. This time, we swapped the green hills of Ireland for the vibrant energy of Barcelona, Spain. The students explored global food systems, sustainable practices, cultural immersion, and hands-on marketing insights — all under the warm Spanish sun.
Business Students Gain Global Experience with Study Abroad Programs in Spain and France
Each summer, dozens of students take the opportunity to learn beyond the walls of an American classroom through a culturally rich and immersive experience overseas. Most recently, over 60 students participated in either a six-week program in Seville, Spain or a new three-week program in Lyon, France. Both programs allowed students to earn credits while gaining real-world experience through internships and specialized coursework.
International Internships and Study Abroad in Spain
This past summer, 34 College of Business students participated in a study abroad program in the historic city of Seville, capital of the Andalucia region and the largest city in Southern Spain. This 6-week study is the largest and longest College of Business study abroad trip in more than 20 years.
Farm to Fork: FAU Students Harvest Marketing Insights During Ireland Study Tour
This summer, as faculty leader, I had the incredible opportunity to guide 14 College of Business students from Florida Atlantic on a transformative Farm to Fork study abroad program in Dublin, Ireland. From the moment we arrived at the University College Dublin (UCD), we knew our immersion into the Irish food industry was going to be an enlightening experience.
