Certificate in Investment Management – Faculty
Blair C. Shein is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) and Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) professional and is the Vice President of Compass Financial Group, Inc. He is a senior member of the firm’s investment committee and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s trading activities. He also advises clients on their wealth management and financial planning needs.
Blair has been published in The Journal of Investment Consulting, ESTATE PLANNING REVIEW-THE JOURNAL, and the CFA Digest. He authored the chapter “Behavioral Finance” in the Investment Planning Answer Book published by CCH, Inc. He has also been featured in the Journal of Indexes, Exchange-Traded Funds Report (ETFR), and the Sun-Sentinel newspaper.
Blair received his MBA from the Lundy-Fetterman School of Business of Campbell University and his B.B.A. in Trust Management from Campbell University. He is also a member of the Oxford Business Alumni and has completed the Oxford Global Investment Risk Management Programme at the Saïd Business School of the University of Oxford.
