Instructional Method and Format

  • Four-module, instructor-led program
  • Instructors are all industry professionals who have had extensive experience within medical practices and medical office environments.
  • Traditional, live classroom instruction
  • Computer-based exercises and real-time simulation of software applications (Module IV only)
  • Includes a combination of lectures, interactive discussions, and practical exercises
  • Participants share current office experience and challenges, lessons learned and best practices in the class discussions
