Instructional Method and Format
- Three-module, instructor-led program
- Instructors are all industry professionals who have had extensive experience within medical practices and medical office environments.
- Traditional, live classroom instruction
- Computer-based exercises and real-time simulation of software applications (Module IV only)
- Includes a combination of lectures, interactive discussions, and practical exercises
- Participants share current office experience and challenges, lessons learned and best practices in the class discussions
