As the PHR^®/SPHR^® exams are primarily experience-based, the purpose of this program is to help prepare experienced professionals to pass the exams. Through instructor facilitation, the HRReview WORKBOOK package, practice exams, and other program resources, the goal of this course is to help participants understand exam format, practice for the exam, and build their “test taking muscle”. This program is not designed to be a comprehensive training class in HR Management. For individuals meeting the minimum exam requirements or those lacking experience in certain areas, additional self-study and/or training may be necessary.
