Phase I
March 21 - 27, 2026
(7-day Spring Intensive in South Florida)
The Adler Fellowship begins with an immersive 7-day intensive in south Florida, in which top MBA students and alumni from around the country explore what it means to achieve excellence and to flourish as a business leader. In a setting designed for deep learning and reflection, participants engage with leading scholars in Aristotelian Philosophy, Positive Psychology, and Business Strategy to understand how character development drives both personal fulfillment and organizational success. Through shared inquiry and structured dialogue, students build lasting relationships with other purpose-driven leaders who will shape the future of business.
By invitation following Phase I.
Phase II
June 1 - July 31, 2026
(9-week Summer Practice Lab)
The virtual Mindfulness-in-Action Lab puts theory into practice through a structured program of self-discovery and character development. This lab is designed to overlap with summer internships or professional employment. Each week, the cohort collectively focuses on a specific character virtue through daily practice and reflection. The goal of Phase II is to apply the principles learned in Phase I to the practical realities of navigating through personal professional experiences. During Phase II, participants will meet virtually in small groups each week to share experiences, discuss challenges, and support each other's growth.
Phase III
August 31, 2026
(Become an Esteemed Fellow)
The Fellowship journey culminates in a reflective lab report in which candidates evaluate both individual progress and insights gained through direct experience with this approach to human development. Those who demonstrate meaningful personal growth and an enthusiastic commitment to excellence are inducted as Adler Fellows, joining an elite network of business leaders dedicated to fostering flourishing organizations and societies.
Through the generosity of our supporters, all accepted Fellows receive full scholarships covering tuition, travel, and accommodations for the seven-day intensive in Boca Raton, Florida.
At the conclusion of Phase I, program directors will extend invitations to a select group of participants to continue into Phase II. This selection is based on observed engagement, growth mindset, and alignment with the Fellowship's mission of character-driven leadership.
