Travel Accommodations & Stipend Policy

For local participants (within commuting distance of Boca Raton):
The program covers all meals during program activities. No travel stipend or hotel accommodations are provided.

For out-of-town participants:
The program provides a fixed travel stipend to cover round-trip airfare and ground transportation to and from the program (details below). Once arrived at the program hotel, all expenses are directly covered by the program, including hotel accommodations, all meals, and ground transportation to program activities. (All costs incurred from your arrival at the hotel through your departure from the hotel are paid directly by the program.)

The stipend amounts are:

• Pacific Time Zone: $625
• Mountain or Central Time Zone: $550
• Eastern Time Zone: $500

Students may select any flight or airline they prefer; however, no additional reimbursement is offered if actual travel costs exceed the stipend.
