Mortimer J. Adler Fellowship In Transformative Business Leadership

Fellowship in Character, Excellence in Purpose, Leadership in Action

The Mortimer J. Adler Fellowship cultivates business leaders who understand that meaningful leadership flows from character and purpose. As part of an extraordinary community of peers, you will be equipped to realize your full human potential, lead an integrated life, and create lasting positive change in your role as a business leader.

Our selective program brings together top MBA students from around the United States who seek more than conventional success – professionals who aspire to excellence in its fullest sense. Through an immersive spring intensive and a structured summer program integrated with your internship or professional role, you will join a cohort of emerging leaders who support each other in developing the character, insight, and capabilities needed to make a genuine difference in the world.

The Fellowship extends far beyond your MBA years. As a Fellow, you will become part of a growing network of professionals who share your commitment to meaningful impact and human excellence. Our aspiration is nothing less than fostering a community of business leaders who will contribute to human flourishing through their commitment to service and the pursuit of excellence.

Completion & Fellowship

Students who successfully complete the program will become the next cohort of commissioned Mortimer J. Adler Fellows. The Fellows will form a dynamic network of like-minded professionals dedicated to transforming business through service and excellence. Fellows gain lifelong access to peer support, mentoring opportunities for future cohorts, and continued professional development resources. This unique combination of rigorous training and enduring community empowers Fellows to flourish in their careers while making meaningful contributions to a world that is much in need of authentic business leaders.

“True freedom is impossible without a mind made free by discipline.”
― Mortimer J. Adler
