Real Estate Academic Rankings by Author and by Institution

The Real Estate Academic Leadership (REAL) rankings emphasize contributions to the real estate body of knowledge based on author and institution from 2012 to August of 2017. For the purpose of quality control, these rankings are based on the number of publications in the top three peer-reviewed real estate journals. These three journals are Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, the Journal of Real Estate Research, and Real Estate Economics. These rankings serve multiple purposes, included but not limited to leading real estate academic programs based on intellectual contributions, leaders in the academic field of real estate, and comparisons between peer programs and researchers.
