Sunil Babbar, Ravi Behara, and Milad Baghersad, all professors in the Department of Information Technology and Operations Management, along with a co-author have had their recently published paper in Decision Sciences Journal (ABS 3), “OM Research: Leading Authors and Institutions,” recognized for being among the top-ten most downloaded papers in the 12 months following online publication from among all works published between January 1, 2019 - December 31, 2020.

Sunil Babbar, Professor, and Ravi Behara, Professor, Department of Information Technology and Operations Management, along with co-authors have had their recently published paper in the Journal of Operations Management (ABS4*), “Looking at Ourselves: Lessons about the Operations Management Field Learned from Our Top Journals,” recognized for being among the top-ten most downloaded papers in the 12 months following online publication from among all works published between January 1, 2019 - December 31, 2020.

Anil Bilgihan, Professor of Hospitality Management, along with co-authors have had their paper titled “Meme marketing: How marketers can drive better engagement using viral memes" accepted in Psychology & Marketing (AJG3).

Anil Bilgihan, Professor of Hospitality Management, along with co-authors have had their paper titled "The Impact of eWOM Source Credibility on Destination Visit Intention and Online Involvement: A Case of Chinese Tourists,” accepted for publication by Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology (AGJ1).

Rosemond Desir and James Wainberg, Professors in the School of Accounting, along with a co-author have had their paper titled "When Cash Is Not King: An Examination of the Relative Effectiveness of Tangible Versus Cash Rewards on Whistleblower Reporting” accepted for publication by Accounting Horizons (ABS 3).

Paul Sergius Koku, Professor of Marketing, has published a second book this year–Koku, Paul Sergius (2022), Marketing Higher Education: Understanding How to Build and Promote the University Brand, Routledge.
