Meet Our Faculty Members

 Instructors Stella Quintero and Greg Bohan

Stella Quintero is an Instructor in the Hospitality and Tourism Management program specializing in food, beverage, and has an especially strong background in wines. As a certified sommelier she can assist students with exploring careers in menu design, restaurant management, beverage sales, etc. Further, she also spent time at the world's largest online travel agency (OTA) - EXPEDIA and can explain various aspects of travel distribution. Greg Bohan is an Instructor in the Hospitality and Tourism Management program specializing in hospitality human resources, hospitality finance, and hotel management. Greg has had an extensive career in companies performing evaluation and feasibility studies for hotel projects as well as his own property ownership of a large catering/events venue within a bed & breakfast inn setting. He is also our school's liaison to the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) South Florida chapter. Students interested in revenue management, hospitality sales, hospitality marketing, or hospitality finance careers can seek guidance from instructor Bohan.  Instructor J B Ward

Dr. James (J B) Ward is an Instructor who combines extensive teaching and industry experience. His areas of expertise are private country clubs, restaurants, bars, and hotels. He chairs the Education Committee of the Broward County Chapter of the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (FRLA) in addition to serving on the FRLA State Education Board of Directors.
