a. Hiring decisions are probably the most important of all the decisions a manager makes. These decisions have the potential of lasting 20+ years and cost millions of dollars. Too often, these decisions are based on “gut instinct” rather than through solid preparation and thorough analysis. You’ll learn how to harness your personal power to break through patterns that no longer serve you.
