Jordan founded his company in 1984 working tirelessly and personifying an insane commitment to be the best. Notably, Jordan trademarked his own term, “Brandtailing®” - a maverick combination of long-term brand building and short-term sales boosting that ultimately delivers measurable results. He believes it is not about the output of the creative work but the outcome of the creative work. 

Jordan is known as “Advertising’s Bad Boy” and his list of winning clients is a “who’s who” of the retail world. Bernardo “Bernie” Fernandez, M.D., is the Chief Executive Officer of Baptist Health Medical Group, a network of more than 250 physicians in multiple specialties spanning from Broward, Dade and Monroe County and the holder of the John and Margaret Krupa Distinguished Chair. Prior to joining Baptist Health South Florida, Dr. Fernandez, an internist who specializes in vascular medicine, served as CEO and president of Cleveland Clinic Florida, a world-renowned academic medical center with locations in Weston and West Palm Beach, Florida.

In 2013, Dr. Fernandez was honored by The Association of Hispanic Healthcare Executives with the prestigious award of National Hospital CEO of the Year. Also in June 2013, he was appointed to the Florida Board of Medicine by Governor Rick Scott until 2017. During his tenure, he was elected vice chairman in 2014 and Chairman of the Board in 2015. Born in Havana, Cuba, Dr. Fernandez received his medical degree from the Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and completed his internal medicine residency and vascular medicine fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. He is Board-certified by the American Board of Vascular Medicine and a Fellow of the Society of Vascular Medicine and the American College of Physicians. Dr. Fernandez holds an MBA from the University of Miami, School of Business and is also a graduate of the Wharton School of Business’ Executive Development Program.

Active in the South Florida community, Dr. Fernandez is a member of the Orange Bowl Committee, a member of the board of trustees for St. Thomas University, a member of the board of directors of U.S. Century Bank, one of the largest community banks headquartered in Miami and one of the largest Hispanic-owned community banks in the nation. He also serves on the board of the Health Network Foundation, the East Ridge Corporate Advisory Board; a subsidiary of Santa Fe Healthcare Inc., as well as the Broward Workshop and the Community Foundation of Broward. Dr. Fernandez served on the University of Miami School of Business Administration for Health Sector Management and Policy. He also served on the selection panel for the White House Fellows program, one of America’s most prestigious programs for leadership and public service, in 2011 and 2017. Dr. Fernandez is a member of the Miami/Fort Lauderdale chapter of the Young President's Organization, YPO Gold, where he has been membership chair since 2015.Dr. Fernandez and his wife, Dr. Rosa Monte Fernandez, a pediatrician, reside in Davie and have two children


 

Jeri Muoio

Former Mayor, West Palm Beach September 14, 2021 @ 6:30pm

Dr. Jeri Muoio, the former mayor of West Palm Beach, was first elected mayor in 2011 and then reelected in 2015. Previously, Muoio served on the West Palm Beach City Commission for four years. During her administration, Mayor Muoio presided over an economic resurgence in the city. Her focus on strengthening the economy led to hundreds of new jobs in West Palm Beach. Under her leadership, business tax receipts increased by 61%, property values increased by 45% and job growth rose 20%, more than double the national average. She created the Flagler Financial District, now home to more than 250 financial services companies.

During her tenure as Mayor, Muoio focused on making West Palm Beach a great place for employees to work, believing that employees who are proud of where they work better serve the community. Through a partnership with the Great Place to Work Organization, Muoio worked to build a work culture based on trust.

Prior to moving to Florida, Dr. Muoio served as Assistant Superintendent in both the Chappaqua School District and the Fayetteville-Manlius School District and as Director of Special Education in the Mexico School District and the Liverpool School District.  Dr. Muoio began her work in schools as a school psychologist.

Dr. Muoio is currently President and CEO of Great Cities for All, a business focused on building great work cultures, developing leaders within organizations, and government and community engagement.

Muoio has studied, practiced and taught the importance of leadership. She is an experienced presenter and facilitator.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Geneseo, a Master’s Degree and Certificate of Advanced Study from SUNY Oswego, and a Ph.D. from Syracuse University.

As President of Palm Beach County, Fabiola (Fab) Brumley serves as Bank of America’s local enterprise leader in Palm Beach County. With a goal of delivering one company, she works across the region to connect Bank of America’s business lines to deliver integrated financial services to individuals, families and businesses. She also leads Bank of America’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) work in the market. Fab is Senior Public Policy Lead for the Southeast at Bank of America covering Florida, Alabama and Mississippi; based in Boca Raton, Florida.

Since beginning her career at Bank of America in 1982, she has served as controller, chief financial officer, commercial lender, client manager, market manager, market executive, region executive and vice chair. Fab has held the position of Palm Beach County president since April of 2007. She is the Chair-elect of the Florida Bankers Association and Chairs its Government Relations Council; is the Chair-elect of the Economic Council of Palm Beach County and co-chairs its Racial Equity Policy sub-committee; is a member and past chair of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County; is the current Secretary of the United Way of Palm Beach County; and is a member of the iHeart Advisory Board. She has served as member and chair of the governing board of West Boca Raton Medical Center and the Palm Beach Black Business Investment Corporation. She has held board positions with the Gulfstream Boy Scouts of America, the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches and the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce.

She is a member of Bank of America’s Global Diversity & Inclusion Council, co-chairs the Investing in Women’s Council, is co-executive sponsor of the Asian Leadership Network and former executive sponsor of the South Florida Chapter of LGBT+. She has served as a Bank of America ambassador in Brazil under the Global Ambassador Program, a partnership with Vital Voices connecting women leaders from emerging countries with established women executives from a variety of business sectors. Fab has been heard on local and national radio stations discussing financial issues for entrepreneurs and women-owned businesses and has been recognized with the Florida Bankers Association’s 2019 Chairman’s Award; South Florida Business Journal’s Power Leaders 250 (five consecutive years – 2016 through 2020), Outstanding Voice honoree for the 2019 Business of Pride, 2018 Ultimate CEO for Palm Beach County/South Florida, and 2011 Top 100 Power Leaders; Florida Atlantic University’s 2018 Business Leader of the Year; Florida Trend’s 500 Most Influential Business Leaders (three consecutive years – 2018 through 2020); United Way’s Leadership Award; Palm Beach Atlantic University’s companion medalist 2014 American Free Enterprise Award; Palm Beach County Business Development Board’s 2014 Economic Development Leadership Award; and Sun-Sentinel’s 2012 Excalibur Business Leader of the Year. As the Digital Marketing Manager for the Broward Center for the Performing Arts (BCPA) located in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Jordan is responsible for all venue and show-related marketing, including social media, website development, and other digital content creation. Jordan and her team help to develop marketing campaigns that support all products and extensions of the BCPA from Broadway acts to local Slow Burn performances, as well as community outreach, educational programs, and other notable activities such as the recent renovation of the historic Parker Playhouse.

 Prior to joining the Broward Center, Jordan served as Marketing Coordinator and Project Manager for the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium for over 4 years. While with the Dolphins, Jordan was an integral part of the Marketing and Content Creative team helping to ideate and execute fun, engaging, and profitable brand and sponsorship marketing campaigns for both the team and stadium as a whole.

  Also, in her role with Hard Rock Stadium, Jordan supported a wide array of other programs and events, from the Miami Dolphins Foundation and Dolphins Cancer Challenge, to the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders platform, major stadium tour concerts and festivals, and much more.

Born and raised in Opelika, AL, Jordan holds a BS in Sport Management degree from Troy University (’11) and MBA in Sport Management from FAU (’13). Jordan now resides in Fort Lauderdale, FL with her husband Steve, 3-month-old son Koa, and dog, Ace.

Heiko Dobrikow is a seasoned hotelier of over 30 years and a business professional with extensive experience in all areas of the property & asset management. He is an expert in providing advisory support and solutions, such as developing successful management teams, ensuring revenue optimization, implementing service excellence and employee satisfaction. Assets may range from a boutique hotel to a major convention resort, from commercial buildings to residential communities. Further Heiko is known for taking companies with vertical cultures and flatten them by implementing a Servant Leadership Ideology.

Currently Heiko is the Executive Vice President at the Las Olas Company and the General Manager of the Riverside Hotel, which both are owned and operated by the Wells Family of Fort Lauderdale. Heiko has led team for beautiful Hotels and Resorts to success. He believes in community involvement and is the Immediate Past Board Chair / current board director of the GFLCC (2016), Past President / current board director of the FRLA – Broward Chapter (2011 – 2012), current Board Member of the GFLA, current EC Member of the Winterfest Boat Parade and past EC Member of the Greater Miami & Beaches Hotel Association. He further is actively involved as a member at the Fort Lauderdale Rotary Club, the Rotacyclists Florida, an Ambassador for the Salvation Army, a member of the Patriot Guard Riders, Mission United of Broward County, Broward Partnership for the Homeless and further volunteers as a member of the FTL St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee. Jerri is the Founder of the Black Executive CMO Alliance (BECA), an alliance designed to champion corporate diversity and help build the next generation of C-suite marketing executives. As a former Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer of Office Depot, Inc., Jerri was responsible for the P&L for eCommerce, Customer Service, all Marketing functions, Data & Analytics, Communications and Events, having previously served as its Chief Marketing Officer.

She has more than 30 years of extensive marketing and leadership experience at large global brands. Prior to Office Depot, she served as Chief Marketing Officer of The ADT Corporation, a leading provider of home and business security services. Prior to that, Jerri served as Executive Vice President, CMO for Nokia based in Helsinki and London. Additionally, she held senior marketing roles as SVP-Verizon Communications, CMO-Citibank, VP-Revlon, VP-Harrah’s Entertainment, the NFL and General Mills, formerly the Pillsbury Company. Jerri is an Economics graduate of Spelman College, where she served as a member of the Board of Trustees and received her MBA from Clark Atlanta University Graduate School of Business.

She currently serves as a director on the boards of Under Armour Inc., the global athletic performance and innovation brand that changed the way athletes dress and cars.com, a leading digital marketplace for the automotive industry that connects car shoppers with sellers. Jerri previously served on the boards of ServiceMaster, Belk, Gurwitch Products, Tommy Hilfiger and the advisory board of Pepsico.
