Executive Master of Accounting (EMAC) Concentrations
Graduates from this program are well positioned to pursue a wide variety of job opportunities in both the private and public sectors of the accounting profession. These opportunities include working in public accounting firms, corporations, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and any type of business that requires accounting services. Courses are designed to provide flexibility and convenience for students, and one of the key features that facilitate this is asynchronous learning, where students have the freedom to log in and access the course materials at a time that best suits their schedule. As a professional juggling multiple commitments, you can engage with your course content and participate in discussions, without being tied to specific class times or physical locations.
The program accommodates students with non-accounting undergraduate degrees, by offering the flexibility to complete the curriculum with an additional 2-5 courses, depending on the chosen concentration. These additional courses are integrated into the program schedule, eliminating the need for prerequisite courses outside of the program. Depending on career trajectory and areas of interest, students can choose from various concentrations for focused expertise in a specialized accounting area:
- PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING
- FORENSIC ACCOUNTING
- INTERNAL AUDITING
- DIGITAL ACCOUNTING FORENSICS AND DATA ANALYTICS
- TAX
*** The program allows a dual concentration between Forensic Accounting & Digital Accounting Forensics and Data Analytics by completing 2 - 3 additional courses. The dual concentration can be selected before or during the program.
