Welcome to the FAU Executive Master of Health Administration Degree Program! We welcome you to our FAU family and will help you any way we can.

After You Have Been Recommended for Acceptance
The following steps must be completed in order to process your official admission:- Complete the Graduate College Application and submit the $30 application fee:
You can access the application by going to Begin Graduate Application. - Transcript Information
Submit all official transcripts from each institution you attended:- If you attended FAU, you do not have to submit your transcripts.
- If you are an international student or your bachelor's degree is from outside the U.S., you must submit an official transcript evaluation. The transcript evaluation should be a "course-by-course evaluation"; no GPA calculation is required. Click on NACES for a list of evaluation services.

- Submit immunization records.
Students must submit an FAU immunization form and proof of immunizations. FAU graduates should contact the Student Health Services Office at the number below to confirm that your records are up to date. FAU keeps immunization records on file for 7 years.

Admission Coordinators will send a more detailed schedule in December 2016. Dress code for the weekend is casual.
Orientation Weekend will review everything you will need to know for the upcoming semester.
Online EMHA Program Only: In-Person Orientation Not Required
New Student Advising Appointment
On-Campus EMHA Program:
All incoming EMHA students must attend a one-on-one advising appointment with their
coordinator. Advising appointments are completed in-person.
We will review your schedule, academic policies and procedures, financial aid and
more. The meetings will last an hour.
We offer convenient times and dates; to arrange an appointment, contact Admissions
at 561.297.6000.
Online EMHA Program:
All incoming EMHA students must attend a one-on-one advising appointment with their
coordinator. Advising appointments can be completed in-person or over the phone.
We will review your schedule, academic policies and procedures, financial aid and
more. The meetings will last an hour.

Course Schedules and Registration
Executive Education coordinators will manage your class schedules and will register
you for classes.
You do not have to worry about registering for classes online - it is done for you
by your coordinator!
When you attend the new student advising appointment, we will review the classes
for the upcoming term and have you sign a registration form. It is as simple as that!

For On-Campus EMHA students: classes are offered every third weekend from 8am-6:15pm

Deposit
On-Campus EMHA Program:
A $300 enrollment deposit is required to reserve your seat in the EMHA program.
All deposits are non-refundable and the deposit will be applied to your first semester
bill.

A $150 enrollment deposit is required to reserve your seat in the EMHA program.

Textbooks
On-Campus EMHA Program:
Executive Education also purchases your books and distributes them to you throughout
your time at FAU.
Once you have enrolled in the program, your coordinator will distribute your textbooks
on the first day of class.
Online EMHA Program:
Your coordinator will send you the syllabus and book information prior to the start of the semester. Students must purchase their own books in the Online EMHA program.
OWL Cards
On-Campus EMHA Program:
When you attend the new student advising appointment, your picture will be taken for
your OWL card (student ID card).
Once you have been fully admitted and registered for classes, the OWL card will be
distributed in the first week of classes.
Online EMHA Program:
Your coordinator will send you details on how to obtain your OWL card once you have been fully admitted and registered for the semester.
Parking Permits
On-Campus EMHA Program:
Once a student has been fully admitted and registered for classes, the parking decal registration can be completed.
We remind students NOT TO COMPLETE this step until we contact you to let you know
it is available. This will happen about one week before classes begin.
Online EMHA Program:
Online EMHA Program participants also get parking permits as part of their tuition.

Tuition Reimbursement
Please submit all tuition reimbursement policies to Admissions at ExecMHA@fau.edu, so we can have them on file.
