IB Ranking

Florida Atlantic University’s International Business (IB) undergraduate program in the College of Business secured its place at No. 22 in the latest U.S. News & World Report national rankings. The program’s continued success is evident in its repeated ranking in the top 25 over the past several years.

“I would like to take this moment to celebrate FAU’s international business program for having been ranked on USNWR’s list of top undergraduate IB programs for the past five years,” said Len Treviño, Ph.D., director of FAU’s international business programs. “We have a dedicated team of IB faculty who are committed to offering a world-class IB program, and thanks to their hard work and dedication our efforts are paying off.”

The 2024 ranking positions Florida Atlantic alongside prestigious schools also ranked in the top 25: Northeastern University, University of California, Berkeley, University of Pennsylvania, and Indiana University, Bloomington among others.

“This ranking recognizes the work that our faculty, College of Business administration and staff, students, and partners in the South Florida global business community do in helping to build the visibility of our offerings," said Ethlyn Williams, Ph.D., chair of FAU’s management department. “We continue improving and expanding our International Business programs and offerings and have launched a master's degree program in International Business (launched in 2021) that is growing.”

FAU’s Department of Management Programs provides a solid foundation for students aspiring to careers in International Business, offering two distinctive undergraduate programs. The first is a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business, and the second is a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in International Business.

Each program provides students with distinct components, from the tools to tackle challenges in today’s business environment to the skills needed to engage with global organizations and communities. Students also have opportunities for internships, field involvement with the X-culture experience®, and study abroad programs.
