The Family Business Initiative, part of the Adams Center for Entrepreneurship at the Florida Atlantic Entrepreneurship Institute, supports family-owned businesses as they navigate the unique opportunities and challenges of building successful enterprises across generations. Through education, expert guidance, and connections to the South Florida business community, the initiative helps family businesses strengthen leadership, plan for succession, pursue sustainable growth, and preserve the values and legacy that make each family enterprise unique.
