Faculty Recognitions

Jennifer Attonito, Department of Management Programs/Health Administration, has been awarded a one-year research grant from The Consortium for Medical Marijuana Clinical Outcomes Research https://mmjoutcomes.org/. She will serve as the PI and the co-investigators will include Drs. Ximena Levy, George Luck, Bernardo Reyes, and Kathy Freeman from the College of Medicine. They will be studying acceptance of and access to medical marijuana and CBD products among clinicians and patients in Florida nursing homes. 

Judy Monestime, Department of Management Programs/Health Administration, has won the 2021 Triumph Educator Award from the National American Health Information Management Association.  

Len Treviño, Professor and Director of International Business Programs, was awarded the winner of the 2021 Women in the Academy of International Business Best Paper award with his paper, "The Impact of Gender Role Orientations on Subjective Career Success: A Multilevel Study of 36 Societies.”
