Croc Tank at Florida Atlantic
NobleCon20 Headliners
For NobleCon20, the focus is on the importance of entrepreneurship, the economic significance of emerging growth companies, and the methodology of making strategic and disciplined investments. Considering who we are bringing to the stage, there couldn’t be a better fit. You’ll meet “Mr. Wonderful,” Kevin O’Leary, information tech mogul Robert Herjavec, and FUBU founder Daymond John. Following an interactive fireside chat, the “Sharks” will dive into the “Croc Tank” to judge a selection of pitches from Florida Atlantic students and alumni. And, yes, they may just invest in them personally! This first-of-its-kind event – the integration of business, education, investing and a little Hollywood – is expected to gain national attention.
"Croc Tank" Business Pitch Competition
For the first time ever, the Sharks are leaving the safety of their studio to visit Florida Atlantic for a live event during which they will listen to live pitches and consider making real investments. Three Florida Atlantic Entrepreneurs, including 1 current student/alumnus, will win the opportunity to pitch the sharks and make a deal in the Croc Tank this December!
To identify the startups who will pitch the Sharks, Florida Atlantic's Adams Center, Tech Runway, and Research Park are hosting internal competitions to identify the three most promising startups that will be crowned finalists. From those three, the Sharks will decide who will pitch to them in front of a live crowd in December.
