Jamie’s expertise spans strategy, product development, and the integration of technology in education.

She is passionate about the future of marketing technology and frequently shares her insights at industry events and universities.

He is also COO and Co-Founder of Yachtwear.com, a luxury lifestyle marketplace built on performance-driven eCommerce and operational excellence. With more than 15 years of experience, Philipe has led digital and eCommerce initiatives for global brands including Beekman 1802, Sunday Riley, and Tramontina USA, generating over $1 billion in annual online revenue across the U.S. and Latin America.

 Ilyse is a five‑time founder with three successful exits and a Techstars Catalyst graduate. Originally from South Africa and now based in South Florida, she brings over 30 years of experience in technology, business, marketing, and workforce operations. Her career has spanned corporate roles at Paramount, United Talent Agency, and Thompson Hotels, as well as entrepreneurial leadership across multiple high‑growth ventures. A technologist, AI and workforce‑management expert, and visionary builder, Ilyse has deep experience scaling subscription, membership, and talent‑management business models. She is currently leading Mothership and its ecosystem of products—including Stardome.ai, People OS, and the Mothership Human and Agent Marketplace—where she works with business, government, and community partners to enable workers and organizations to thrive in the new work and AI era.

 A United States Air Force Veteran, MIT Alumnus, and tech innovator, Matty Squarzoni is the CEO and Co-founder of software development company Sitch Ai. Matty has worn many hats in his 25+ years of experience, including Director of Marketing & Sales, VP of Integrated Digital Solutions, and Operations Engineer, specializing in machine learning, data analytics, and strategic planning. He advocates for campus and public safety, creating digital and physical spaces to improve student outcomes.

Hong Yuan, Ph.D.

Harry T. Mangurian Professor & Chair

Florida Atlantic University - College of Business

Professor Yuan earned her master’s degree in applied economics and her PhD degree in marketing from the University of Michigan. Her research interests include firms’ pricing and promotion strategies, consumers’ responses to pricing and promotion strategies, consumer information search, and experimental and behavioral economics. She has published in premier business journals and currently serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Business Research and on editorial review boards for the Journal of Academy of Marketing Science, the Journal of Retailing, and Psychology & Marketing.
