In addition to regional accreditation from SACS, FAU’s College of Business has earned professional accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). AACSB’s programmatic accreditation ensures the quality of educational offerings and is continuously benchmarked against criteria that prepare students for professional business careers.

Undergraduate Degrees
Four undergraduate degrees are available in the College of Business.
Bachelor of Arts (BA): This degree is earned by all students in the General Business major. The program is designed for students who seek an academic degree in business but who do not have an interest in a specialized business major, such as Finance or Management or any other traditional major offered by the College of Business. Students who graduate from this program will be prepared with a broad set of business skills potentially of interest to employers across a wide range of industries.
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA): This is the degree earned by most students who complete the business core (majors in Accounting, Economics with Concentration in Business Economics, Finance, Hospitality, International Business, Management Infomation Systems, Management, and Marketing). The business core curriculum provides a solid foundation in various areas of business.
Bachelor of Science (BS): Students in a business core major have the option to instead earn a Bachelor of Science degree by taking six additional hours of approved advanced math courses. The BS degree is also earned by all students completing the General Economics major or the Data Science and Analytics major.
Bachelor of Health Services (BHS): This is the degree earned by Health Administration majors.
